Jutsu: Fire Dragon Tornado a dragon that is in a tornado at first there not together but then they become one and can destroy a hole village if not control it can be as powerful as a volcano (kage)
Water Dragon Tornadoa water dragon emerges and a water tornado appears they become one and just like F D T it can take out a hole village it like a tsunami that you control (anbu )
Sand Dragon Tornado a sand dragon just like F D T and W D T emerges and it and the sand tornado becomes one it is really a super sandstrom that you can control (anbu )
King Pyro's Wrath lots of fire balls appears and start to shoot at every thing in site oh and it giant fire balls (jonin)
Fire dragon Flame Missle missle made of lava appear and shoot at the foe where ever the foe is the missles follow (Jonin)
Water Bullet a huge water bullet that is strong enough to knock down a tower(chuunin)
sand Bullet a huge sand bullet that strong enough to knock down a tall building (Chuunin)

Finishers: Finishing moves will be strong jutsu that can be used if both players agree on the outcome you may have 5 finishers. in a finisher as it is the end of a fight you MAY autohit but a finisher is only to be used when BOTH players decide on a outcome and the looser is ok with going to hospital or dieing.
NOTE: finishers may be used as normal jutsu but can only be used once per fight and canot autohit in the middle of a fight

From what i see you use 4 chakra types of jutsu, Wind, Fire, Water and sand. You can only use 2 chakra types, or if you have a element liek sand you have 3 so it would be

You cant have sand without wind and earth, and Fire and water make oil.

You cant have sand unless you have Earth and wind. Sand is not its own element its a mix, so with earth and fire you cant have sand because tehy dont make it. But you can have Ash with earth and fire
