Bio: Icisia was born into the Tsume Clan and was the child of the head family. Her duties were bestowed upon her before her first birthday; each child of the head family must become a guardian of the village. Her father and mother both served the villages as leaders of the clan, but were killed 15 years ago when the nail tailed kyubbi in one of the "forbidden gates" broke free. The nine tails destroyed much of the village and killed many people. The clans did all they could to stop the demon from escaping into Fire Country but none had the power to control it or cancel its chakra. Icisia was about 5 years old at the time the village was attacked and her parents gave their lives to protect it. She was later raised by her uncle (who survived the attack); Xai who was 25 at the time. Icisia would be trained under her uncle and learn lightning, ice, spirit, and summoning jutsu.

In Icisia's case she was naturally gifted and she was one of youngest ever to reach Chuunin rank at the age of 9. When she turned 12 she would be taken to the village council and given her Kouken (guardian). All the members that pass the test for strength, speed, sight, spirit and summons would be granted a guardian. Not just anyone can be bestowed one due to the amount of chakra and skill needed to control it.

When the Chunnin exams were held Icisia was sent to investigate two certain people; Uzumaki Naruto and Gaara of the Sand. There had been many dangerous reports on the safety of the Jinchuuriki and actions against Konoha. On living there for a few months, watching the exams with must interests she befriended Gekkou Hayate after one of the exams when she asked him about the Genin participating. Their friendship would last for a few months until his death. At which his girlfriend Uzuki Yuugao came to her for questions. She hadn't been there to hear the conversation that brought him his death but swore to her that she would get revenge for Hayate. To this Yuugao was moved by her strong will and the feeling they both shared for Hayate, that she gave her his katana.

At the attack of Konoha Icisia quietly helped the village trying her best not to be seen by any nins. When Gaara and Naruto fought in the forest she followed and recorded every action to bring back to the village. Unfortunately, the council decided not to act on the matter and wait for the enemy to make a move.

The first Jinchuuriki and their vessels went ignored by the Kage and the council; one by one they were captured. Until Akatsuki started hunting down the Naruto and Gaara, Icisia had watched the two for years secretly keeping an eye on them against the council’s orders. When the council heard of Icisia's disobedience she was punished by lashing; leaving scars on her back. After how the Kage and council reacted to her and still refused to help in the matter she left the Village of Yobidasu.

Leaving the village is punishable by death and Icisia knew it all too well that they would send ninjas to assassinate her. She traveled around the countryside, as to avoid her village and their wrath. She ultimately changed her last name to "Haishima" meaning Summoner, as not to attract attention from the ninja looking for her.

She now resides in Star as a shinobi.

Weaknesses: Deathly afraid of spiders and needles, can't see a friend die or injured, kind of lazy.. only fighting when she absolutely has to.

Abilities: Kouken (guardian) Rank and Process~~
In the process on gaining a guardian the person will be chained up right; arms up and ankles to the floor. The shrine priest will put a seal on a specific part on the body; which varies from clan to clan in this case Icisia's is located on her lower back. A large gate that connects all the main gates will be opened before the chained individual and the seal will be activated. The seal will release immense quantities of the users chakra and draw out the specific guardian of that person. It is all by personality, element, and chakra. The creature will be sealed with in the person, under its own will; one cannot force it or both the ninja and the summon will die. Unlike Jinchuuriki, these animals reside within and outside the body, some looking like mere pets to some people. The ninja and the guardian are two separate entities but one at the same time.

After the summon has been sealed, there is scaring where the chains held the ninja and well remain there as a mark in rank. Although some find the scars to be badges to be shown off, Icisia hides them under bandages due to the fact one can identify her skill level by looking at them, which makes for a difficult fight, and they are not very pretty. The scars extend from her wrists upwards stopping a few inches below her elbows; the scars on her ankles go to mid shin.

To release the Kouken from one’s body; concentration of chakra, the correct hand seals, and the word "Ki" (release).

:Kouken Abilities:
Each Kouken has its own unique abilities; element, power, speed, and attributes. A ninja user can partner with his Kouken to create double attacks or combine bodies to perform stronger attacks. When the Kouken in sealed within the body it has little effect on the outward appearance of the person. With hand seals and the command Gattai "combine into one" is used the person will acquire the attributes and power of the Kouken. In receiving a Kouken guardian a ninja can also use the animal species and disguise themselves as an animal, it also lowers the users charaka levels to appear almost invisible.

Bloodline: Unknown. When activated, her eyes glow either a bright pink or blue and her body is covered in what looks like blue or pink fire. This allows her to move at extreme speeds. Her body also seems to be covered in seals, in which glow if activated for an attack.

Jigoku Gouka no Jutsu, Hell Fire Technique (Genjutsu)

Gouka no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a
vision of fire. After Yoroi forms the needed handseals, a huge ball of
fire will descend from the sky to envelope his target. The victims of
the genjutsu will believe they are being engulfed by a torrent of fire
and flee their location for safety.


Jubaku Satsu - Demonic Illusion, Tree Binding Death

Satsu is a Genjutsu technique utilized by the Leaf Jounin Yuuhi
Kurenai. After forming the needed hand seals, Kurenai will disappear
and approach her target. Once near her target, a tree will grow at
their feet and its branches will bind them so they can no longer move.
Once the illusion makes them believe they are captured, Kurenai will
appear from the tree itself and stab her target with a kunai.

Chakra no Mesu - Chakra Scalpel

no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After
forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to their
hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they
can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and
neatly slice their muscles and blood veseels without harming the
surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its
hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not
feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the
technique should be used carefully in battle.

Chikatsu Saisei no Jutsu - Healing Resuscitation Regeneration

Saisei is an advanced medical Ninjutsu technique. The technique allows
the medical ninja to use the hair of the one injured as a medium to
reconstruct damaged body tissue. The extent of the damage will control
how difficult and long the procedure is. The injured person will be
placed in the center of a square marked with rites for the procedure.
One medical ninja will sit at each corner to provide precise chakra
control to help in the cell conversion process. Another medical ninja
will sit at the lead to guide the process.

Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique

no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja
Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without
substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can
function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As
soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent,
it will disperse.

Daitoppa - Great Breakthrough

Daitoppa is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Wind Element. After
bringing his hand to his mouth, Orochimaru will blow a large blast of
wind capable of leveling almost anything in its way. A variation of the
technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with
flame.

Doku Kiri - Poison Mist
Ninpou: Doku Kiri is a
Ninjutsu technique utilized by Shizune. This technique allows Shizune
to expel poision gas from her body. This can serve as cover to escape
and as an offensive technique against her opponent.

Fuusajin - Dust Wind

• Fuusajin is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Sand ninja Temari. Using
her fan, Temari will blow a strong current which will cover the
surrounding area in dust. This dust will serve to loosen the footing
for any opponent who walks nearby.

Hyakkaryouran - Many Flowers in Bloom
Hyakkaryouran
is a Ninjutsu technique used by wandering ninja Karenbana. Used in
conjunction with the Gokan Sakusou powder, Karenbana will release a
multitude of flower petals from her sleeve which will flow through the
air and circle her opponent. Karenbana herself will then move through
the flowers and blend in with the help of the sense altering agent. She
can then launch surprise attacks while obscured by the petals
themselves.

Ikadzuchi no Kiba - Lightning Bolt Fang

(Lightning Burial): Ikadzuchi no Kiba is a Ninjutsu technique used by
Kurosuki Raiga. Drawing together his dual short swords, electrical
energy will begin to crackle. A plume of of an electrified chakra-like
essence will rise into the clouds above to activate the lightning to
come crashing down on Raiga's target.

Kai – Release
Kai is a
Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a
Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu
technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the
technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack.
After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected
to end the affect of the spell.

Kamaitachi - Cutting Whirlwind Technique
Kamaitachi
is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Sand ninja Temari. Named after
a mythical creature, Temari uses her fan to blow a concussive wind that
is imbued with her chakra. When her opponent is caught in the wind, a
tornado will raise them into the air and hold them with the chakra. The
wind will then begin to cut the target with the sickling winds.

Kanashibari no Jutsu - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique

no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an
individual or animal. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can
either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat.

Kawarimi no Jutsu - Change of Body Stance Technique
Kawarimi
no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will
quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a
block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly
flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their
opponents attack.

Kazekaeshi - Wind Return
Kazekaeshi is a
Ninjutsu technique used by Shitenshounin member Kujaku. This technique
is used to counter a Wind attack launched against Kujaku. Using her
swords' ability to amplify her chakra and transform Wind, Kujaku will
split the incoming Wind attack and take control of the whirling vortex.
She can then launch it back at the ninja who originally created it.

Mizu no Muchi - Whip of Water

no Muchi is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a whip.
The ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to
electrocute their opponent. The whip will function in the normal
fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip the crap out of little kids.

Raigeki no Yoroi - Lightning Strike Armor
Ninpou:
Raigeki no Yoroi is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kurosuki Raiga. One of
Raiga's many lightning based jutsu, this technique is used in
conjunction with his two swords. Drawing his two swords together, Raiga
spin the blades to generate a disk of lightning which will then pour
down to cover his body and his swords. This electricity will envelope
his body in a protective armor which will harm anyone who dares strike
him directly.


Reppushou - Gale Wind Palm

Reppushou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After
forming the needed hand seals, Nagato will send a strong gust of wind
towards his target. When acting in conjunction with another thrown
weapon, the wind can increase its power and deadliness.

Sakura Fubuki no Jutsu - Cherry Blossom Snow Storm Technnique

Fubuki is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Leaf ninja Sakura.
Sakura with hurl kunai with pouches attached at her target. When they
impact the pouches explode, releasing small explosive notes. Due to the
large number of kunai thrown, a shower of notes will rain down on her
target. She will then throw one final kunai with an active explosive
note at her target. It will begin to burn, and by igniting the falling
smaller notes it will cause a gigantic explosion.

Shikomi Shindan - Prepared Needle Projectile

Shindan is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the medical ninja Shizune.
By pulling on the string in back the needles will be launched at her
foe. The needles are dipped in poison to add to their lethality.

Shousen Jutsu - Mystical Hand Technique

Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. This technique
allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their
hands. If the ninja is highly skilled, they are able to heal more
critical injuries. Highly skilled medical-Nins such as Tsunade can use
their techniques to perform surgeries that otherwise would not be
possible.

Description: Utilize the element of lightning mixed with your chakra.. in doing this, you create a lightning storm over the battlefield. Then after doing that, you're able to control where the lightning may strike.. and if the opponent is holding a weapon, they've basically made themself into a lightning rod. This jutsu does not last long though, only a few minutes due to it consuming a great deal of energy.

By concentrating chakra to the hand, the user is able to cure wounds by focusing their own chakra to where the critical injuries lie, healing them in the process. This jutsu, however, uses up a high amount of chakra. Very skilled Medical-Nins such as Tsunade can use the techniques to perform surgeries that otherwise would not be possible. This may also be utilised as the Chakra Enjintou and Chakra no Mesu, or the chakra scalpel for that matter - in order to sever the opponent's muscle fibers at the point of contact.

By attacking the base of the brain stem with chakra converted to electricity, Tsunade is able to flip the brain's movement signals to the arms and legs. For example, if one tried to move their right arm, their left leg would move in the way they wanted their right arm to move.

A very advanced healing technique. Chikatsu Saisei uses a part of the casualty's body as a medium to heal the casualty's wounds. It requires an almost room-wide seal, and a lot of time. Unfortunately, this treatment's success rate isn't very high. This was used on Neji Hygua durring the Sasuke Retrival Arc.

Description: As hand signs are made, ice crawls up the user's arms, legs, and the rest of her/his body. Once the ice engulfs the user, he/she is enabled to morph their body into nearly anything, including weapons for an amount of time. The ice isn't actually ice though, it is truely a blue fire, which - if touched, will give the opponent 3rd degree burns instantly. Jutsu doesn't last very long though, and puts an amount of strain on the user's body.
